Yesterday Lara did some ballroom dancing for us. We saw her do the Chacha and the Rumba and her Mum and partner showed us the waltz.
Today Georgia, Oliver and James started the weaving for their fish.
We got some new books in our classroom library. Some of them are really cool.
Last week Piwakwaka won the house points.
We are really excited about having you back at school next week.
We made some stars for screen printing.
George came to school to tell us about Matariki. He taught us the song about Matariki.
In the olden days the Maori had no pen and paper to write things down so they made up songs.
